You can download a text to speech add-in for the PC version of the Microsoft Reader software, which will allow a suitable equipped PC to be able to read this ebook to you. (Hint: fiddle with the settings in 'Control Panel' to get the voice a little less 'robot like'.) The web site itself is also pretty compatible with most screen readers.
